Tom Larkin
Chair-elect
Tom Larkin has over 33 years of environmental consulting and public sector experience. He has served as President and Vice President for major environmental consulting firms, and he served as a Director for both private consulting firms and non-profit organizations. In 2006, Tom was granted an award for Outstanding Contribution to the Environmental Profession by the Association of Environmental Professionals. He served as a Director, Vice President and Principal with EDAW, a 1,200-person international consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA. He also served as Director, President and co-owner of KEA Environmental in San Diego, CA. Tom established and directs the operations of the Rod Heller Memorial Scholarship Fund, and he served as a Director of the San Diego chapter of the non-profit SAME, a professional service organization. CBI Board member since 2006.
